Expeller-Pressed Grapeseed Oil has grown in popularity over the last few years in the food service and natural products sectors. It is non-GMO and has a light, neutral flavor, with a color similar to Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
How it's made: Grapeseed oil is produced from the seeds of the grapes. The seeds are crushed and expeller pressed to extract the oil. Then it is then refined, bleached and deodorized. This is a naturally non-GMO oil.
