This is a one-day-only show focused on organic products. It’s a hot spot before the main show floor opens for buyers to find new organic trends and organic purchasers to locate suppliers. Centra Foods had a booth at this organic only show this year, featuring 7 of our key organic oils for foodservice and bulk supply. - Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Organic Sunflower Oil, High Oleic - Organic Canola Oil - Organic Soybean Oil - Organic Safflower Oil - Organic Coconut Oil - Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Buyers and tasters met and mingled at this short show, once again this mini-show is proving it’s value within the Expo West event.
