Honey Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shelled and skinned roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Simply Senza Safflower Oil

 

Directions:

  • Blend the ingredients in a blender or food processor adding oil in a thin stream until consistency is reached. 
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator, for up to 2 weeks
