Researchers in Netherlands and Belgium studied the eating habits of 200 bladder cancer patients and compared them with those of 386 volunteers who are cancer-free.
Many suggest that food with high saturated fat can increase the likelihood of bladder cancer, which might explain why its prevalence is much higher in the United States and Canada than it is in Italy, Spain, Greece and other Mediterranean countries.
