This last Thursday, March 10th Expo West 2016 kicked off with the Fresh Ideas Organic show. This is a one-day-only show focused on organic products. It’s a hot spot before the main show floor opens for buyers to find new organic trends and organic purchasers to locate suppliers.
Centra Foods had a booth at this organic only show this year, featuring 7 of our key organic oils for foodservice and bulk supply.
Buyers and tasters met and mingled at this short show, once again this mini-show is proving it’s value within the Expo West event.

We offered a case of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to one lucky winner who was selected after the show. The winner was Kate Palmer with Co-Opportunity Natural Foods down in LA. Congratulations Kate!
