This oil is unrefined, allowing it to maintain it's natural nutrition, including healthy MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) and lauric acid. It has a 76 degree melting point, which makes it solid at room temperature and liquid when warmed. This unrefined oil has a strong coconut flavor and smell.
How it's made: Organic coconut is produced using organic methods from organically grown coconuts. It is cold pressed using expeller pressing methods, using only fresh coconut meat.
