This oil contains healthy MCTs (medium chain triglycerides). It has a 76 degree melting point, which makes it solid at room temperature and liquid when warmed. This oil does not have a strong coconut smell or taste.
How it's made: Organic coconut is produced from the copra of the coconut using solvent expelling methods. It is refined, bleached and deodorized for consistency.
